Selected Books by Paula Danziger

Paula Danziger is currently well known for her popular Amber Brown series of books.  I have included her first book about Amber Brown.  The remaining books are a sampling of other books she has written for children and young adults.  I have included five for younger readers and five for young adults to expose Amber Brown fans to her many other outstanding books and to encourage young readers to try some of them out.

 

Books for Young Readers

This book tells about events surrounding Matthew Martin's sleep-over birthday party.

This is the first book in the Amber Brown series.  It tells about Amber and her best friend Justin coping with his moving away.

This book tells the story of Skate Tate, who is entering the sixth grade.  When her family is faced with a tragedy, they must go on a road trip, which Skate takes down in her scrapbook.

This book is about a five-year-old named Jonathon who is jealous when friends and relatives come to visit his new baby brother.
